- Working Group Report Backs

*Healthcare for the 99%: Hosting an alternative breakfast on Jan 11 to give people information (this will be outside a formal breakfast of healthcare for for-profit organizations)!

*Info/ComHub: Working on bring info desk back to the park, working noon to five, need help from other working groups.

*Minutes: We need people! Come help us!

*Facilitation: Intro to Direct Democracy and Facilitation training every day, 5:30pm at 60 Wall St

*Direct Action: Great action on Jan 3 regarding NDAA, including flash mob!



- Proposals

*Emergency Proposal: Freeze all funding of the general fund. RESULT: DEEMED NOT AN EMERGENCY PROPOSAL

*Stop Stop & Frisk proposal: $2,000 per week budget. RESULT: TABLED

*Policy on Blocks proposal: Change process so that blocks are evaluated by the body for being a valid block. RESULT: TABLED

*New Working Group: Liaisons and Advocates: Allow formation of a new working group. RESULT: TABLED

*Strong Women Rules proposal: Original proposal was to disband Spokes Council, now it is just to ratify and clarify itâs purpose. Discussion, not a proposal at this time.



- Announcements

*Debrief on J3 NDAA actions, Jan 6, 2pm at 60 Wall St. Also, affinity meetings about NDAA at 60 Wall St on Fridays, 5pm and Sundays, 3pm.

*Action tomorrow at Bloombergâs mansion, 2pm, 79th St & 5th Ave

*Think Tank: We need facilitators for facilitators at J17 in Washington, DC

*Facilitation: We meet Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 4pm, 60 Wall St.

*Direct Action: We meet every day except Saturdays, join us! Also, meeting tomorrow for J3 debrief and intro to non-violent direct action!
